“Hillside Cabins” is a piece by Italian-Canadian artist Mario Mauro. His soft yet vivid colour treatment creates a calm feeling that looks back on his time in Quebec with fondness and excitement. These bright of colours and defined geometrics are indicative of his former experience with stained-glass and mosaics. The result is a unique style that sets him apart from his contemporaries.
